COVID-19 UPDATE
Great NEWS! As of May 18th our office opened it's doors again after the lock down. It has been exactly 2 months since we closed.
We would like to welcome YOU to our new and shiny, sparkling clean office. We made changes to our space and our procedures and would like to ask you to read the following updates to familiarize yourself with our new online intake and our upgraded policies.
Your safety and health is our primary concern, as always. Every step we take is towards that goal and we will continuously monitor news, regulations and recommendations by the State.
ONLINE BOOKING: all booking, intake and payment will move to an online surface through Massage Book. Massage Book is HIPAA compliant, your information stays safe. If you would like to book an appointment, you can do so through this website with the button above. It will walk you through the process, creating a profile, and even pre-paying online is possible now. If you haven't filled out an online INTAKE FORM yet, please click First Time client when asked and submit your paperwork 24 hours before your appointment. If you haven't booked with us before or we haven't seen you in more than 6 months please choose the FIRST TIME! session. You will also receive an email with a Google Form with our COVID-19 Liability Waiver that you will have to fill out before each visit.
AT THE APPOINTMENT: there will be no paperwork before the session. Please wear a mask for your appointment. We will wear a new mask and gloves for every client. We will also change scrubs between each client.
CLEANING PROCEDURES: on top of the usual changing the sheets and general cleaning, we will disinfect ALL SURFACES in the office, including the table, chairs, tables, doorknobs, lotion bottles, tools, shelves, floors etc. BETWEEN EACH CLIENT. We use 70% or 90% alcohol and bleach solution. We are using an air purifier and leaving 90 minutes between each person to clean the air as much as possible. We are doing everything to minimize the risk of any kind of infection.
LIMITED AVAILABILITY: We are maximizing our clients at 3 person per day which means we have VERY LIMITED availability, but we want to make sure that we have enough time and resources to focus on safety and precautions. We will strictly apply cancellation fees - $45 per cancellation less than 24 hours before and full price for missed or late appointments. Please consider this when booking and make sure you are able to show up.
