For us to grow to THRIVE we need rest and recovery too. We need to prepare for the next jump, but if we only "push hard" we will never be ready for our biggest jump, we only do the mediocre. Do you know that the biggest difference between amateur and pro triathletes training plan? It is REST and RECOVERY. Before we can expend a lot of energy we need o harness it from somewhere too, we need to put down unnecessary loads and stress and slow down.

Bori Surányi have been studying massage, breathing techniques and somatic practices for 10 years now. Since she is a very energetic person she needed to learn to slow down herself and watch that she doesn't put on too much on her shoulder.
Learning from my own patterns has helped, because I fully understand the drives and urgencies of todays' age, an entrepreneurial life and all the other aspects people like me are taking on.
